Prenatal Care Includes:

• Free, no-pressure consultation – A chance to connect, ask questions, and explore whether we’re a good fit

• 24/7 availability from the start of care through 6 weeks postpartum

• Comprehensive initial in-home visit – Includes full medical and obstetric history, risk assessment, nutritional analysis, initial labs, and collaborative care planning

• Ongoing in-home prenatal visits following a standard schedule:

  • Maternal vitals and hemoglobin assessment

  • Guidance on nutrition, supplements, and herbs tailored to your needs

  • Monitoring baby’s growth and maternal well-being

  • Exercises and movement to support comfort and alignment

  • Preparation for natural labor and birth

  • Evidence-based conversations around prenatal and newborn procedures to support informed decision-making

• Birth Prep & Planning Visit – Final preparations, including birth setup, support roles, birth plan, and transfer-of-care plan if needed

Labor & Birth Support Includes:

• EncoCalm, non-interventive presence for physiological labor

• Comfort measures including: massage, hydrotherapy, relaxation techniques, breathwork, positional support, visualization, heat/cold therapy, and herbal compress

• Gentle newborn transition – skin-to-skin, first latch support, and breastfeeding initiation

• Full newborn exam – weight, length, tone, reflexes, and general well-being

• Birth space tidied and laundry started – leaving your home peaceful and settled

Postpartum Care Includes:

• 24–48 hour in-home visit, including:

  • Vitals for mother and baby

  • Newborn weight and assessment

  • Breastfeeding support

  • Optional newborn screenings:

    • CCHD (Critical Congenital Heart Disease)

    • PKU (Metabolic Screening)

    • Referral for hearing screen

  • Birth certificate filing and documentation

• Postpartum home visits at 1, 2, 4, and 6 weeks postpartum

• Bodywork for mother and baby available as indicated or requested
